1. Training plan

Each month you’ll get in your app a new training plan designed specifically for you.

  • Avoid getting bored: Your workouts will be designed based on a wide variety of training methods like Calisthenics, HIIT sessions, Functional training, and more.

2. Nutrition and habit coaching

  • Every 2 weeks, you’ll get in your app a new habit, something you’ll be asked to practice every day, in order to develop a particular nutrition or lifestyle habit.
  • You’ll start real simple like: “For the next two weeks eat one fruit between breakfast and lunch.
  • After you establish following this first habit, you can go for the next one, which could be something like: “For the next two weeks, eat a salad with each meal.”
  • If you keep doing that, all your new habits will add up and after a few months, you’ll be leaner and healthier.

3. The attention you deserve

You won’t need any equipment. All workouts consist of bodyweight exercises only. It would be convenient if you had a pull-up bar or a TRX. If you don’t will work around it. On the other hand, if you choose the premium package, we will design your workouts based on your equipment.

If we were to work together in a gym, not only would it be more expensive for you, but we would also be limited by scheduling frustrations. By working remotely, there aren’t any restrictions, and we can give you precisely what you need when you need it.

Most of the workouts can be done at home without any equipment. Some of them (like running sessions and some HIIT sessions) require an open space (street, park, etc)

We will provide you with all the training plans, nutrition tips, and full support to fulfill your goals. However, the outcome ultimately depends on your desire to achieve those goals. You must work hard, be fully committed, and give it your all. If you do this, we guarantee you will see the results you desire.

To facilitate better planning, your program will start on the first Monday after you sign up. Before designing your program, we’ll need to get some information from you, such as completing a questionnaire about your medical and exercise history as well as the results of your first fitness assessment.

Let’s do the math. In-person training in the Uk cost £30-50/session. With customized training, you get up to five or six sessions a week based on your needs. That would usually cost £700 to £1200 a month! Not to mention the cost of nutrition guidance (£50-120/visit) which is included in our packages.
